Before I met Jackie, my confidence was at an all-time low. I struggled to find clothes that I felt comfortable in and was embarrassed to go out with friends. My girlfriend told me about Jackie and her transformation and insisted that I see him. He is very disarming and gentle with his clients. I never felt ashamed. He took me through his program and I started seeing results within a couple weeks. A few people have asked me who I am training with so I thought I would share in the moms group incase anyone is looking for a trainer.
I have been working out with Jack Kenefick off and on since 2023. He is absolutely the best trainer! He’s kind, compassionate, empathetic, patient & knows how to train women. Over the last 2.5 years, Jack has trained my husband and my 2 children. (They are now young adults but started with Jack as teens). The four of us are all in vastly different physical shape and have different workout experiences. He taught my son and daughter the basics, proper form and how to properly work out to meet their unique needs & goals. My husband, who has tons of workout experience, was able to meet his goals faster and more efficiently. I’ll be honest, I hate working out and I’m probably a big complainer as a client, but Jack is always positive and kind, yet absolutely motivating to get me to push through each exercise. Since I’ve been in perimenopause, I have struggled with my weight and energy levels. When I workout with Jack, I feel healthier, stronger, more energetic, happier and more confident. My training sessions are literally the only time I feel like I focus on myself during the week because as we all know moms tend to focus on everyone else 1st. Training with Jack is seriously the healthiest way I have found to deal with stress! I sincerely can not recommend Jack enough! Training with him has changed my life for the better! I still have a long way to go, but it’s been so exciting to experience my slow progress! Jack mentioned to me that he currently has a few time slots open that he is looking to fill.
